Laiti Cake Shop, formerly known as Jinni Cake (Nantou Branch), has been operating in Nantou City for over 10 years and has always enjoyed a good reputation, especially for its birthday cakes, taro Boston pie, and other popular items. Recently, after purchasing property in Zhongxing New Village, we fell in love with the relaxed lifestyle there, finding it perfect for running a unique and distinctive shop. Therefore, we changed our name to "Laiti Cake Shop," aiming to serve our customers with a different model and style.

Our birthday cakes are made to order, ensuring both quality control and flexibility for customer requests regarding design variations. Made to your specified time, you don't need to worry about freshness; the taste is always superb – that's the quality we uphold. Our signature Taro Pudding Cake incorporates taro into the cake base, giving it a unique texture and subtle taro flavor compared to typical chiffon cakes. The filling uses only Dajia taro, with homemade steamed taro puree, paired with pudding filling – a purely natural combination that tastes amazing! Our Black Forest Cake boasts a rich chocolate flavor with a creamy filling, offering a refreshing and natural taste. You can also customize the fillings to your liking, such as walnuts, rum-soaked cherries, blueberries, or pudding – all are suitable options.

In addition, Letty's handmade mille-feuille is quite labor-intensive to make, and it is fragrant, crispy and delicious with a superb taste. It is a perfect match for coffee and afternoon tea! Finally, let me introduce our popular and best-selling product - "Taro Boston Pie". Its characteristic is that there is no whipped cream on the outside, so it is not fancy at all, but the contents are made with high-quality ingredients. It is made with premium Dajia taro, steamed and made by hand, with a rich taro flavor and a firm texture. It is really delicious. In addition to taro filling, there are also red bean and fresh milk flavors.

First Meal of the Day means the first meal of each day. We offer healthy, creative vegetarian breakfasts, providing a healthy and guilt-free diet. Modern people are often accustomed to eating large amounts of meat and fish, gradually forgetting the original flavor of food.

Our meals are rich, creative, and varied. We are the first restaurant to use all-natural coconut oil. Upholding our original intention to promote healthy vegetarian food, change people's eating habits, and protect the environment and save the planet is the direction we have always strived for.

The building boasts a beautiful and elegant exterior, while the spacious interior is decorated in a high-quality style, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Three stylish chairs paired with two round wooden tables present a warm afternoon tea dining space in the neighborhood. The interior decoration exudes a French minimalist and elegant style. The restaurant offers brunch, desserts, hand-drip coffee, risotto, pasta, Italian coffee, sparkling drinks, and tea, all reflecting the owners' dedication and attention to detail.

Chen Hongwei and Hong Yufang started running Dejitang Chinese Medicine Shop in 1988. They lived through the most glorious era of the Taiwan Provincial Government. After the provincial government was streamlined, the glory days were over. They thought about how to transform and diversify their business. So they started with their own Chinese medicinal herb, dried plum, and developed and produced dried plum juice to sell as a cold drink.

The dried plums are simmered for 5 hours and then infused with osmanthus, roselle, and other ingredients. It's a very elaborate dish, but it's smooth and fragrant, and the taste is just different from commercially available products!
